Our trainers are all Physiotherapists who have been trained to work with Pregnant and New Moms with years of experience backing their qualifications. Our postnatal fitness program "Back 2 Being You" is designed to help new moms get back into shape after delivery in a safe, healthy and result focused manner. The main components of the program are core strengthening, cardio and circuit training.

We use minimal equipment's and closely monitor exercise and nutrition ensuring optimal weight and inch loss.
